This heater does exactly what it is portents to be. While the way you handle tech support is different Vanessa was great to help get the unit to light and fire up. I am amazed at the temperature of the water with only about 1/8th turn of the gas knob. It flows better than the Bosch unit it replaced. Now if it will last the 15 years of the Bosch I will be a happy customer.

Very easy to set up and works like a charm! I have this set up for an outdoor shower when getting home from surfing and when getting out of the hot tub. Game changer!

Very easy set up, worked great right out of the box. I changed settings a little just to get to my liking. Here is a pic of my portable set up on a 2 wheel dolly, just hook up hose and good to go.

I use the L10 for my hot water in my outdoor shower and it works perfectly. It provides instant hot water for it. Installation was easy and I had it up and operating in about an hour.

Have been using the L10 for going on 10 years. It's been great. We have used a variety of pumps at our off grid cabin and the Eccotemp has worked great with them all.

Worked great right out of the box. Easy to follow instructions and best of all works where there is no power. Just needs 2 D cell batteries that come with the unit. Plenty of hot water. The showerhead handle holder was shipped broken, but customer service, via email, was prompt and the replacement parts were shipped right away. Very impressive.

Works great right out of the box. Even on minimum water flow with high temp there is enough flow to wash a horse with a sprayer. We just took it off the wall to store for the winter in our heated garage. So easy! The burners come on instantly every time I hit the spray nozzle.

I purchased the Eccotemp L10 LPG Tankless Water Heater for use with a summer outdoor shower I built on my deck. Unit works as advertised! Easy installation; connect a 5gal propane tank, put in 2 D cell batteries and connect the garden hose. A non-stop supply of warm & hot water! I have not needed to raise the temperature knob above 1/3 full, so the water temp should be hot enough for everyone. Quiet, quick and attractive. I couldn't be happier with this unit!

I bought my first one in 2011 and it was pretty much trouble free until 2016. Then two rows of burners didn't ignite so had to get a new one. Sometimes hard to regulate for an inside shower since you control the temperature from outside controls. The installation cost is about as much as the product, but I still think it's worth it because it uses about a tenth of fueling a water heater that is turned on all the time.

The L10 seems to be a perfect fit for our off-the- grid cabin. Fed by a 250 gallon roof top rainwater collection tank and a small battery operated pump, the L10 fired as soon as it saw water and sustained the hot water nicely. I would definitely recommend this untit.
