IMPORTANT NOTE: Cannot be used for HYDRONIC SYSTEMS, RECIRCULATING, or FLOOR HEATING.
Please Note: Failure to clean and descale your water heater quarterly can result in lime and sediment build up within the heater, which can void your warranty! Amazing product!
I bought this water heater over a year ago now, and I couldn't have better things to say about it. It is the most amazing thing I have invested in for my small house! It saves space, electricity and most importantly TIME. I would have loved to have an outdoor model but I live in Canada and have to be mindful of the temperature in the winter. I think eccotemp offered an outdoor unit that could tolerate up to -30c but I opted for this one instead. It looks sleek, clean and it doesn't take up very much space. I got mine professionally installed and haven't had a worry in the world ever since. I'm not home every night but it takes me about a month to go through a 20 lb propane tank. I use it to shower, do dishes etc. I originally tried to cheap out and buy a smaller outdoor unit and it ended up breaking due to weather conditions, my advice to anyone shopping around would be to buy the right one on the first try. Hot water is such an important part of our lives and well worth the extra $300 to do it right.
