The Eccotemp i12-LP has a new revolutionary design, with sleek black gorilla glass casing, fully automatic temperature controls for prescision, touch screen and LCD temperature display which shows output temperature as well as GPM flow.

The i12 Tankless Water Heater, being that it is rated at 3.0 GPM, will be ideal for small residences, such as RVs, cabins, and small apartments.The i12 model also is an automated water heater, meaning that this unit can be plumbed into fixtures where cold water can be mixed in. The flow meter sensor in this unit will be able to adjust the flow rate accordingly, therefore will not shut off when cold water is mixed in. *Is indoor only model, and includes its own stainless steel horizontal vent kit.

*Power ventilation for safety and efficiency, as well as Tested-Safe electronic ignition system.

*Includes a 120 volt UL listed power cord which powers the internal exhaust fan and digital display. 

*Is energy efficient, rated at 80,000 BTU and pulls approximately 2 watts idol and 1.07 Amps during operation.

*The i12-LP offers a 35-40 degree F temperature rise when operating at flow rate of 3 gallons per minute and a 77 degree F temperature rise at 1.5 gallons per minute.
