How do you write a review for a small transformer? It works or it doesn't. My review is to acknowledge the Company. I have a tankless water heater ( which I bought from Eccotemp ) at my place in the Adirondack Mountains. I love the unit, but recently it needed a new transformer. I went on line and immediately found the part I needed. After ordering the part I had it in three days. The part was easy to install, and I now have hot water again. More importantly, I have a happy wife again. While dealing with them, I also ordered a handheld tankless water heater. I am now building an outdoors shower..Great company with great products.
